SBC BOTTLING AND CANNING GROUP created the BPM (Packaging Machinery
Division) division to complete the range of products available for the Customers.
Founded in 2000 BPM’s mission is the design, production and supply of secondary
packing machinery, either as individual machines
or as complete systems for packing,
palletisation and storage of finished products. The BPM division
is able to propose technological solutions considering that the packaging industry today requires increasingly
sophisticated and tailored systems based on the Customer needs of storage and distribution
to the public. A key-role is played by the understanding of the complex relationship
among the quality of the product, the type of packaging and the marketing of the
Distributors to retailers. For this reason SBC offers a complete range of packing
machines, thanks to the technology of BPM that can meet the highest performance
and quality requirements.
The Core Business of SBC Packaging Machinery Division is the
study and the offer of all solutions concerning the
beginning of the line as well as the end-of-line for the food
and beverage industry.
Systems are studied and manufactured for: DEPALETTISATION, TRANSPORT AND HANDLING
(*), CRATERS/DE-CRATERS,
are COMPLETE CARTON PACKAGING, PALETTISATION (TRADITIONAL, ANTHROPOMORPHIC ROBOTS
AND ISLANDS, COMPLETE WITH MULTI-PACKING PALETTISATION), PALLET HANDLING, PALLET
WRAPPING, MULTI-PRODUCTS AUTOMATIC STORAGE in all their varieties and for all types
of packing. The production range offers plants capable of handling from 500 to 10,000
packs per hour. an indispensable complement to the bottling lines.
With PROGECO, SBC offers a complete range of machinery and plants,
integrated with the processing equipment of high technical and technological content, capable of meeting
the highest demands for quality and performances.
The Core Business of SBC Beverage Processing Division is the study of solutions for the industrial sectors of mineral water (still and sparkling), non-alcoholic
drinks
(still and sparkling), fruit juices and isotonic drinks, beer, wine (still and sparkling),
spirits and yogurt drinks and special drinks. SBC conceives and
supplies: SUGAR DISSOLUTION SYSTEMS, DEAERATION SYSTEMS, DOSING UNITS IN LINE OR
BATCH, CARBONATION SYSTEMS, BLENDING SYSTEMS, FLASH PASTEURISATION SYSTEMS, HOMOGENISATION
SYSTEMS, FINISHED DRINK PREPARATION
SYSTEMS (SYRUP ROOMS FOR DRINKS, FRUIT JUICES AND ISOTONIC DRINKS), AND SANIFICATION (*) SYSTEMS (C.I.P.) in all their variants and for all types of automation.
The production range offers plant capable of handling from 6,000 to 90,000 litres per hour.

to produce handling systems such as conveyor belts for empty and full containers
and packages, including the electrical and electronic components of the conveyor
control systems.
