The structure of SBC BOTTLING AND CANNING GROUP is set-up so that Beverage sector is handled mainly by the BC division, a company founded in 1950 and specialised in the field of design, construction and supply of machines for drinks bottling.
Thanks to the know-how and experience of the Beverage division, SBC is able to propose technical solutions that have been consolidated by time and demonstrated by references throughout the world. Considering the variety of drinks and of materials used in the primary packing, a more accurate study of filling technologies
is more and more imposed. The high level of SBC specialisation offers a complete range of filling machines with high technological content, capable at any time to provide the highest performance and quality.
The Core Business of SBC Beverage Division is based on advanced solutions for the industrial sectors like: mineral water (still and sparkling), non alcoholic drinks (still and sparkling), fruit juices and isotonic drinks, beer, wine (still and sparkling), spirits and yogurt drinks.
The available technology therefore involves: ISOBARIC SYSTEMS, GRAVITY SYSTEMS and HOT-FILL SYSTEMS. They can be configured and customized in order to handle all types of containers made of plastic, glass and various metal cans (*).
The production range offers plants capable of handling from 6,000 to 90,000 containers per hour.
(*) Of strategic importance to the group is the capability to manufacture SEAMING MACHINES as well (1, 3, 4, 6, 8 and 12 heads). SBC seamers are combined with various filling systems for both the food and beverage lines.
